二次利用について／About Secondary Use

10 COLORS MUSIC（テンカラ）は、YouTubeクリエイター「ぶんなん」がプロデュースする音楽プロジェクトです 。
本プロジェクトの楽曲を、皆様の創作活動の彩りとしてご活用いただけることを心より歓迎いたします。 10 COLORS MUSIC (Ten-Kara) is a music project produced by YouTube creator "Bunnan." We heartily welcome you to use our music to add color to your creative activities.

YouTube動画のBGMとしての使用や、「歌ってみた」等の二次利用をされる際は、以下のガイドラインに沿ってご利用ください。 When using our music for secondary purposes, such as background music for YouTube videos or "Utattemita" (cover songs), please follow the guidelines below.

ご利用条件／Terms of Use

• クレジットの表記：使用する際は、動画の概要欄等に「楽曲名」および「10 COLORS MUSIC の元動画リンク（URL）」を必ず記載してください。 Credit notation: When using our music, please be sure to include the "Song Title" and the "original video link (URL) of 10 COLORS MUSIC" in the video description or other appropriate places.
• アーティスト名の記載：可能であれば「Produced by ぶんなん」または「10 COLORS MUSIC」の名称も併記いただけると幸いです。 Artist name: If possible, we would appreciate it if you could also include "Produced by Bunnan" or "10 COLORS MUSIC."
• 収益化について：個人の方によるYouTube等の動画プラットフォームでの広告収益化については、上記クレジットを記載いただくことで制限なく行っていただいて構いません。 About monetization: For individuals, monetization through advertisements on video platforms like YouTube is allowed without restriction, provided that the above credits are included.

禁止事項／Prohibited Items

以下のような利用は固くお断りいたします。 The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• 自作発言：あたかも自身が制作したかのような虚偽の表記を行うこと。 Claiming ownership: Making false claims as if you created the music yourself.
• Content IDへの登録：本楽曲を使用した二次的著作物を、YouTubeのContent ID等の著作権管理システムへ登録すること（他の方の使用を制限してしまうため）。 Content ID registration: Registering secondary works using this music with copyright management systems such as YouTube's Content ID (as this restricts use by others).
• 音源の再配布：楽曲ファイルそのものを単体で販売、または二次配布すること。 Redistribution of audio files: Selling the audio files themselves or redistributing them.
• 不適切なコンテンツでの使用：公序良俗に反する内容、特定の個人や団体を誹謗中傷する内容、政治的・宗教的な宣伝活動を含むコンテンツでの使用。 Use in inappropriate content: Use in content that is offensive to public order and morals, content that defames specific individuals or groups, or content that includes political or religious promotional activities.

本楽曲を利用したことによって生じたいかなる損害やトラブルについても、10 COLORS MUSIC および「ぶんなん」は一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
なお、本ガイドラインの内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。 Please note that 10 COLORS MUSIC and "Bunnan" assume no responsibility for any damages or troubles arising from the use of this music. Furthermore, the contents of these guidelines are subject to change without notice.
